Omega Co-Axial 8800 / Clone getting closer and closer

The Omega Co-Axial 8800 has previously been cloned by using the Miyota 82xx movement but are easily distinguished.

Current clone is using the ETA 2824 as a base as the Co-Axial was basically base on the ETA platform with escapement modifications.

The clone removed 1 reversing wheel and added a cover ; with fake jewels. This makes the movement become a single directional winding.

A cover was also added to the 2824 regulator to makes it looks like the Co-Axial.

There is a couple of videos attached below explaining.

The last video is the advance technique to distinguish the difference as the Co-Axial is a 25,200 frequency movement (7 beats per second).

Enjoy 😊

Clone from a 2824 base
Another clone from a 2824 base, only difference was reduction of 1 reversing wheel
The real stuff
On the clone, the winding bridge is decorative
The real 8800
Another difference is Omega 8800 movement has 25,200 frequency, therefore each second has 7 beats
